Original is dedicated to its quality policy that ensures its products and services fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times.
It is an objective of the Quality Management System to enable continuous improvements to be achieved. The goal of each process is to reduce the cost of meeting customer requirements by achieving “right first time”, thereby enabling customer satisfaction to be continually enhanced.
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, all Original staff are responsible for identifying customer requirements and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.
The quality policy principles and objectives are communicated and remain available to all staff. Within this policy, Original is committed to operating the company under the disciplines and controls of a Quality Management System, which conforms to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, planned and developed jointly with other business management functions.
Original is committed to operating continuously to this standard and will maintain the necessary quality approvals consistent with customer requirements.
The company will regularly review and improve its services to ensure that tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all customers.
